Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, Braden orchestrates and develops strategies for penetrating new markets. Formerly, Braden was CEO of a medical device startup, and CTO of multi-national defense and security company. He is also a Research Professor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Lital is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. She has an extensive legal and business background working in Australia and overseas. Lital has a Bachelor of Law from Tel Aviv University and is currently completing a Master of Business from UNSW.
Clinical Research Manager
Rachel leads and manages Cann's clinical research trials, through development of research agendas and pipeline, while maintaining regulatory and compliance requirements. Rachel holds an Honours degree in Clinical Neuroscience from the Australian National University.
Quality Assurance Manager
Tirza leads and manages the quality department. She has over 15 years of experience as a QA manager, and specialises in establishing Quality Management Systems and managing high performing quality teams. Tirza holds a B.Sc. in Food Engineering and Biotechnology from the Technion and an MBA from Ben Gurion University.
Chief Financial Officer
Yair is the company's hands-on financial director. He works in Australia and Israel concurrently, managing the financial matters, bookkeeping and revenue forecasts. He has an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Chief Agronomy Officer
Shahar is Chief Agronomist for Better Holdings of Israel, and is responsible for training Australia’s farm management staff. Shahar has over 14 years of experience plant cultivation management. He holds a MS in Agronomy from the Hebrew University and an MBA from Ben Gurion University.
